Watch Sales Guarantee Policy

Customers should read this statement carefully before placing an order and are subjected to this agreement herein.

All component(s) are tested upon entering our company inventory. We honestly guarantee that the component(s) have been tested at least once for functionality. Inventory is not considered (checked-in) or counted as valid merchandise until such tests prove working functionality.

Chances are that if a system or component(s) are received in a DOA, or (Dead on Arrival) condition: shipping damage more than likely has occurred.

- A watch that is guaranteed does not cover misuse or accidents due to water damage, dropping or any other type of impact or tampering.

Orders cancellation - Orders may be cancelled within the first 24-hours of placing the order with no penalties or fees accessed. Orders can only be cancelled on business days, which are Monday thru Friday, 11AM to 5PM eastern time.

Orders placed on Fridays AFTER 1PM eastern time may be cancelled on Monday with no penalties, orders placed BEFORE 1PM eastern time on Friday will be accessed the fees described below; if cancelled on Monday.

All other working days will be 24-hours exactly, based on the original purchase time. Orders that are older than 24-hours and no more than 72-hours; and that have not left our facilities will be charged fees as indicated by the formula provided below.

After 72-hours, the fees that will be accessed will be based on the 7 business day refund policy.

Return Merchandise - Customer may return merchandise up to 7 business days from the time of receipt of the order, according to shipping documentation and tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. If the system or component(s) arrive in a DOA (Dead on Arrival) condition, this refund calculation shall still apply as indicated by the formula provided below:

DO NOT REQUEST A CREDIT FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. Our company is charged a $25.00 charge back fee. When disputed, we will refund all your money minus Shipping/Insurance and the charge back fee of $25.00.

The laws of the State of Ohio where the merchandise was purchased from shall be the deciding governing law, unless local state laws dictate otherwise.
